Paul Hellings is a Board of Certification orthotist and an American Board of Certification pedorthist.
With more than 30 years of experience in the orthotics and prosthetics industry, Paul is one of the foremost authorities on custom orthotics in the southern New Hampshire region. He founded Orthotics in Motion LLC in 2016, with a mission of providing the highest quality care—including hand-crafted orthotic inserts, braces, and other supportive devices—to his patients in Londonderry and its surrounding towns.
Paul’s practice extends beyond the boundaries of the Orthotics in Motion clinic. He is actively involved with local wound care and rehabilitation centers, treating patients there when possible. A believer in the power of the "team approach,” Paul works side by side with physicians, physician assistants, podiatrists, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and his patients to create a successful outcome. "I love being part of a team,” he says. “I've been involved with team sports for most of my life—working together to achieve the highest level of success. I strive every day to achieve that result for my patients."
Paul lives in Deerfield, New Hampshire, with his wife, Trisha; daughter, Breann; and son, Devin. You will often find him in motion—running, snowboarding, golfing, and playing softball. He also coaches his children's sports teams and enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Joy, in the great outdoors.
